Meghan Hurley is the owner of Concepts PR. "Meg" started planning events and running full-scale productions during her freshman year at the University of Tulsa.

Concepts PR officially began in the fall of 2004, and has continued to expand into other areas, such as film production and Web design.

Meg splits her time between Tulsa, OK and Santa Monica, CA working on various projects. Currently, Meg has a TV pilot in post-production, which is set for a Fall '10 debut.
